SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST. All orders MUST BE received before 4:00 pm in order to be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders will arrive within the time frame selected during your order placement.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of your Behind the Mask Cosmetics products, simply return the unused portion and we will remit your account for the full amount of the purchase or exchange for another item.


If you received damaged product, please retain the box, packaging, and all contents, and contact us as soon as possible for assistance at ryzeproducts@gmail.com. We ask that you take photographs of the damaged product(s), send these to us, and hold onto these photographs until we have resolved this issue with you. We will be in contact with you shortly after receiving your email and photographs.


Behind The Mask Cosmetics is not obligated to include a refund of any shipping and handling charges except when the return is for a defective Product and Behind The Mask Cosmetics shall have the option to refund any amount owing to you by either crediting the charge card used for payment, issuing you a gift card in the amount spent by you, or permitting you to exchange the defective product for another.

All return requests must be submitted within 10 business days of product delivery. All products must be unopened and unused.
